The best time to surf in San Juanico is from October to April when the swells are the most consistent. The water temperature is generally warm, so a wetsuit is unnecessary.

This splendid natural pool found in the municipality of San Bartolo is an oasis in the middle of the Baja desert! The space is green with plants and cool with water from the mountains. It is possible to reserve a shaded area, including a charcoal BBQ. So pack up your bathing suit, bring some food and drinks, and spend a day swimming In the pool! 


Bonus, if you go to San Bartolo during July, you will be surrounded by mangos, because it’s mango season.
