Mother nature has the final say, and we cannot guarantee any animal sightseeing. Luckily for us, the Sea of Cortez is full of life, and makes for unforgettable water experiences!

Animal safety and well-being is our priority, and biggest concern. We will ALWAYS respect the animal’s behavior, and make sure that they are safe.

Whales : It is prohibited to swim with whales in Mexico.

Dolphins, Sea Lions, Mobula rays (including the Manta), Turtles, Marlin, other Fish : The guide and captain will assess their behavior and let you know if swimming is possible 🙂

Marine life can be seen year-around, depending on the species. Dolphins are commonly seen, same for sea lions.

The best time of year to view the majority of whales is in the winter, during the months of January through March. Other whales may be seen at other times of the year, such as sperm whales.

Mobula rays are mostly seen between the months of May to June.

60-0 days prior to departure: 100% of the trip price is nonrefundable.
